EVENT INFORMATION:

Recruiting strategies that worked for Baby Boomers, Gen X, and even Millennials are increasingly falling flat with Gen Z candidates. This one-hour workshop helps HR professionals understand who Gen Z really is, why their expectations differ, and how recruiting practices must shift from high-volume pipelines to high-value connections. Participants will explore data-driven insights, real-world implications, and practical strategies to reset recruiting approaches in ways that attract stronger candidates, improve trust, and reduce early-stage attrition—without abandoning business realities or operational discipline.
