EVENT INFORMATION:
Join us on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, for our October monthly meeting. Bobbie Victory will discuss Mental Wellness in the Workplace. During this presentation, she will review current mental health trends, discuss best practices to support employee mental health, and review resources that you can implement at your organization.
SPEAKER: BOBBIE VICTORY
Since July 2009, Bobbie Victory has been a Health Management Consultant with Marsh McLennan Agency. She has a bachelor’s degree in dance education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Currently, she leads the North Carolina health management team as they support clients across the country.
Bobbie has a varied background with experience in health club management, marketing and advertising, and human resources. For over 15 years, she worked with two manufacturing companies in human resources and benefit management. Her experience in industry along with a strong background in communications makes her passionate about helping companies establish well-being programs in order to manage healthcare dollars and to promote better health with employees.
Bobbie is originally from Swansboro, North Carolina. For fun, she enjoys spending time with her son and daughter. She likes to walk and talk with friends and loves line dancing.
